How to buy in our store?If you have any problems or doubts when placing an order, please let us know. Email us clients@flymore.shop. You can place an order in a variety of ways: Customers who have already made purchases in our store are logged into their individual account. As a New Customer who does not have an account in our store, you will be prompted to create an account (registration) or place a single order without having to register by providing only your contact information. Place an order by sending us an email with a code, description or link to the product.

How can I check the status of my order?After we have prepared the parcel, we generate an SMS message informing that the parcel is waiting to be picked up by the forwarder. Once the courier receives the order, an email will be sent to you with the information. Please check your SPAM folder. Additionally, if you registered on our website when ordering, you can check the order status in your personal cabinet.

Are the products on the website available immediately?Each product contains information on availability and delivery times. Our stock levels are based on actual quantities. If you would like to know when an item is available, you can leave a request under a specific item with your email. When the item arrives, you will receive an email and will be able to purchase it.

How quickly will you send my order?Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same day. Otherwise orders will be shipped the next day. It also depends on the method of delivery and courier service.

How do I return a product?You can easily return an item purchased from us by contacting us at clients@flymore.shop. Please indicate your order number and the reason for returning the goods in the letter. You can also send a photo if the product was damaged or if it is not what you ordered. Received goods are defective, what should I do?Remember that you have the right to inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier. If the parcel has external damage, e.g. torn cardboard, you can refuse to accept it. The courier will take the parcel to the office and inform the sender that he is the person to complain to. If you receive a parcel that looks intact and then it turns out that the contents are damaged, the complaint should be sent to the Sender. You should contact us by e-mail clients@flymore.shop with a photo of the damage.
